Introducing Vanilla Bourbon, the first in our bourbon-barrel aged series of ciders!

This lightly carbonated, bone-dry cider was aged in an American oak bourbon barrel for several months along with Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans. During the aging process, the cider developed a moderate charred oak profile with slight notes of toffee and vanilla as well as a buttery chardonnay-like flavour. Vanilla Bourbon is crafted using traditional methods of barrel aging, with a modern twist. 

At 0-grams of sugar and 9.0% abv, this premium cider is made in very small batches. It is likely to appeal to our seasoned dry cider drinkers' palette, while still approachable to our newer enthusiasts.
