Chardonnay hard cider is the latest in our barrel-aged series. This bone-dry cider was aged for several months in an American Oak Chardonnay barrel, so a strong oaky flavour is present throughout. Buttery notes are found alongside a crisp, clean apple finish. We crafted this cider as “still” (non-carbonated) to stay true to the style of one of the world’s most loved wines.
