Our Founder’s Dry cider is balanced and refreshing. Light carbonation brings subtle notes of lemon zest to the nose with a crisp apple finish.
With just a hint of hops, this refreshingly crisp cider takes a spin from our flagship Founder’s Dry. “Dry-hopped” using Ontario grown hops, and made from 100% Ontario apples, this cider is crisp with very subtle notes of lemon and a just touch of bitterness.
Using the best features from our Founder’s Dry recipe, the Legendary Cherry has an added kick of Niagara tart cherries. Slightly tart, yet refreshingly crisp and easy to drink, we’re sure the Legendary Cherry will be one of your favourites.
Not too sweet, yet not too tart, this semi-sweet cider sure does shine. Made with real black currants, this cider shows intense notes of black currants and dark fruits, along with refreshingly crisp characters of apple and lemon zest. Deliciously easy drinking.
Inspired by the traditional mimosa, this unfiltered hard cider is infused with fresh pineapples. Not too sweet, with sharp pineapple and citrus notes and champagne-style bubbles, this cider is a great pairing for brunch, or any time a toast is in order.
Mojito de Manzana, Spanish for ‘apple mojito’, is a crisp, off-dry cider infused with mint leaves and fresh-squeezed limes. Our mojito-inspired cider is the perfect refreshing beverage for a hot summer day.
A perfect blend of tart raspberry coupled with the smooth taste of earl grey tea. This semi-sweet cider delivers more of an off-dry taste as a result of the natural raspberry fruit on the nose and finish. Enjoy this flavour as we say farewell to summer and toast the beginning of fall.
Infused with fresh ginger, this off-dry, ginger-forward cider has all the juiciness of an apple cider with just a hint of sea salt and thyme to soften the spice of the ginger. This light and refreshing cider is the perfect thirst-quencher after working hard at those spring-cleaning days. Ginger Spritz pairs perfectly with a sushi platter or just on its own.
Honey Habanero is the perfect sipper for these cool evenings and breezy days. Made with honey from 3 Boyz Bees and Habanero peppers from Grattons Greatest, this cider is sure to hit the mark with the perfect balance of summer sweetness and warming heat.
Sweet Maple Heat - A true collaboration between our cider maker and chef.
We began testing the recipe by adding maple syrup to a batch of hard apple cider but quickly realized that the amount required to achieve the desired maple flavour would result in excessive sweetness. Our cider maker then consulted with our chef, who suggested the heat. Adding habanero peppers to the recipe opens our taste buds to receive the flavour without all the sweetness!
This hard cider is crafted using local maple syrup from Hidden Maples. Available during maple sugar season.
Founder’s Zero is a clear bone-dry hard cider with 0 grams of added sugar. It’s a refreshing low carb option that holds its own against any seltzer. At 6.6 ABV, Founder’s Zero offers a crisp apple flavour with a clean refreshing finish.

A big thank you to Hidden Maples, located just around the corner in Siloam (aka old ‘Slab Town’). This medium-flavoured syrup is used in our Sweet Maple Heat hard cider. Hidden Maples is a family-run farm with more than 200 trees tapped this year.

Aged in a tequila barrel with sea salt, fresh limes, orange bitters and a touch of agave syrup, this cider is a complex, multi-layered drink, inspired by Mexico’s victory and summer. Notes of toasty oak on the nose, lime and crisp apple characters finish with a hint of sea salt, making this cider one for celebrating.
The newest in our barrel-aged series. Paloma is a cocktail-inspired cider, aged in a tequila barrel and crafted using fresh grapefruit and lime with a hint of sea salt. This semi-sweet cider is refreshingly crisp with a potent grapefruit flavour while carrying subtle notes of apple on the finish. It’s a perfect cider to help celebrate Cinco de Mayo!
Watermelon Thyme is a refreshing cider that screams for sunny days on the patio. With notes of crisp apple, ripe watermelon and finishing with a hint of fresh thyme, it’s summer in a glass.
Cool as a cucumber and minty fresh, this off-dry cider is made using fresh Ontario cucumbers and local mint. Crisp apple characters are immediately followed by a mouthwatering hint of cucumber, balanced with refreshing notes of mint to round out the flavour.

Peach Bellini is a celebration of one of Niagara’s finest fruits.
At 6.1% abv, this semi-sweet cider is made with freshly sliced peaches. The subtle peach flavour carries throughout and finishes with the crisp taste of apple.
Available only during Ontario peach season.
Inspired by the bold style of John Irving, this special edition cider is aged with a precise amount of cinnamon and cloves with a surprising note of orange zest. Cider House Rules is a celebration of apple harvest, stories and the legends that accompany it.
